Cancellation and delay policy

Since the time of our beauticians and that of our customers are important to us, we have established this policy of delay and cancellation.  

DELAY

If you are late, please call quickly at (438-620-0241) to let us know. 

Please also be advised that delays will have repercussions on the duration of your treatment so as not to penalize the clientele. 

If you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 15% of the reserved service will be charged.  

CANCELATION

You must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Otherwise, we will charge a fee of 15% of the reserved service in question. More precisely, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded to you.

We want to be fair, equitable and available with our customers, thank you for your understanding.  

Reservation Policy

Since your time and ours is important, a reservation policy is established to have access to a time slot.

APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT

Inkcroyable by Sabrina's services are long-lasting and occupy a large time slot. A deposit  15% of the amount of your service is therefore required in order to reserve your time. It will then be deducted from your billing during your appointment. Cancellation policy also applies.

** For on-the-go appointments, a $60 fee is added to your bill for each home session.

We are certain that we exercise one of the most beautiful professions in the world, that of offering beauty and self-esteem to our clients by taking care of their look.

When our work does not meet your expectations, it is first necessary to ensure that the communication between you and your technician has been clear.

We will at all times give you a refusal if your requests go against the natural. During the consultation, it is essential that you ask all the questions that come to mind so that we are all on the same wavelength.

That being said, if the communication was perfect and our work does not live up to what was heard during the consultation, it is our duty to take you back and refine our work, without additional costs for you. In this case, just give us a call and we will be happy to assist you in this process.
